In the beginning I was apprehensive as to whether Organic Vision's 30 day weight loss challenge would actually work, as I had tried countless other weight loss methods in the past, with mediocre results, never truly getting my money's worth.
Once, someone even gave up their seat for me on a bus because they thought that I was pregnant! That was a great blow for me, and it pushed me over the edge to decide to join OV's 30 day weight loss challenge. The results totally exceeded my expectations, I am absolutely amazed with it!
I lost a total of 14 pounds this month, and my waistline is now 4 inches thinner. I have also improved my knowledge on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and what weight losing actually is. I used to think that weight loss could only be achieved through consuming less food, eating only healthy, tasteless food.
I realized how wrong i was after attending all the lessons provided during the 30 day challenge. You can lose your excess weight easily without starving yourself, as long as you make the right food choices. I am so happy to have adapted such great new lifestyle.
